Chinese Pork Loin

I tried this after doing the baby backs with this rub and it worked beautifully. Serve with store bought Raspberry Chipotle.  This also works well in the smoker

 350º – 1 hr

• 2 lb pork loin
• 1/3 C brown sugar
• 1/3 C 5 Chinese spice

  1. Mix sugar and 5 Chinese spice
  2. Rub generously over loin
  3. Place in plastic bag and let marinate over night or as long as you can
  4. Place on a rack in a roasting pan
  5. Roast 1 hour 350º uncovered til it reaches 165º or Smoke at a lower temp and start checking in an hour
